Closing date:
The insurance must be taken out together with the booking, but no later than 30 days before the start of the event. If there are less than 30 days between the booking and the start of the event, the cancellation insurance must be taken out no later than the 3rd working day after booking.
Benefits:
Our ticket cancellation protection reimburses you for cancellation costs, e.g. in the event of illness or loss of employment.
Card redemption protection:
Card redemption protection can only be taken out up to a price per person of EUR 750.
