With our travel insurances you have the possibility to protect yourself against emergencies. The most important insurance is the international health insurance, which can be taken out for groups or individuals. It covers medical and hospital costs in the event of an accident or illness. Just as useful is the travel cancellation insurance, because with a high number of participants the probability increases that someone has to cancel unexpectedly. Our property package, which can be booked additionally, provides comprehensive protection.

Health insurance abroad

The international health insurance covers hospital and medical costs resulting from accidents or illnesses. In addition, it covers the costs for a medically reasonable return transport.

Excerpt of our benefits

Hospital costs for outpatient and inpatient treatment: 100 %, if medically necessary and unavoidable
Pain-relieving dental treatment: max. 500 € (not for existing toothache)
Repatriation costs for further treatment in the home country: if medically reasonable and justifiable
Repatriation costs in case of death:

up to € 25,000

Travel cancellation insurance

Trip cancellation insurance covers costs in the event of cancellation by one or more trip participants. A range of reasons are covered, such as acute illness, injury, inoculation intolerance, or exam retake.

Note: Must be purchased no later than 14 days prior to the start of the trip.

Our property package

Our property package consists of travel liability, legal expenses insurance, accident insurance and optional luggage insurance.

Travel liability:
Travel liability covers personal injury, property damage and financial loss caused by a traveler to a third party. It is especially important for travelers who do not have private liability insurance with sufficient coverage.

Benefits of travel liability insurance:

Personal injury and property damage: 5 million euros
financial losses: 1 million euros
Damage to rented immovable property: 500,000 euros
Damage to rented movable property:

1000 Euromit deductible € 50 per insured event.
Loss of keys: 2000 Euromit excess 150 € per insured event.

Accident Insurance:
Not everyone has private accident insurance with sufficient coverage while abroad. It provides financial assistance in case of disability, total disability or accidental death and also pays financial compensation after accidents.

Accident insurance benefits:

Disability benefit: 55,000 € (123,740 € for 100% disability).
Death benefit: Under 18 years: 10,000 € / Over 18 years: 25,000 €.
Daily hospital allowance with convalescence benefit: 10 €
Salvage costs:

5000 €


Legal expenses insurance:
Our legal expenses insurance covers court costs as well as legal fees in the event of a legal dispute.

Benefits of legal expenses insurance:

Sum insured: 1.000.000 €
Judicial and extrajudicial assertion of claims for damages: ✔
Defence in criminal proceedings or administrative offences for proceedings under labour and social law: ✔


Baggage insurance:
This is an additional component of our property package. Baggage insurance covers damage caused by loss of or damage to baggage.
