Health insurance abroad

International health insurance for the family is the most important travel insurance and a must for every family vacation. Since the statutory health insurance does not usually offer sufficient protection abroad, you should take out additional insurance. It covers incurred medical costs, whether inpatient or outpatient, as well as costs for medical repatriation, if this is medically reasonable and justifiable.

Travel liability insurance

Travel liability insurance is absolutely recommended for families who do not have private liability insurance with worldwide coverage. Because even a small carelessness can cause personal injury, property damage or financial loss during a stay abroad. This can lead to high claims for damages, which are then asserted against you. The conclusion is possible until the day of departure. The liability insurance covers the costs in case of damage caused by family members for the duration of the trip.

Travel liability insurance cannot be booked separately, it can only be taken out in conjunction with the insurance package if you have the appropriate travel insurance.

Travel accident insurance

Travel accident insurance is also included in our insurance package for vacation insurance and basically works like private accident insurance. It provides financial compensation after accidents and also provides financial support in the event of disability, total disability or accidental death.

Legal expenses insurance

Not all legal protection insurance is valid abroad, but sometimes legal assistance is needed in foreign countries. The benefits correspond to a conventional legal protection insurance, only the scope includes foreign countries. Travel legal protection insurance cannot be booked separately, but only as part of a insurance package.

Travel Cancellation Insurance

The travel cancellation insurance covers the whole family if the family vacation can not be taken. Be it because of an acute illness, vaccination intolerance, pregnancy, serious accident or death. The travel cancellation insurance is especially recommended for family trips, because they are usually more expensive trips. Benefit here from our favorable family rates. In addition, we offer separate cancellation insurance for hotels, seminars or tickets, as well as last-minute travel cancellation insurance.

Baggage insurance

It is not always possible to keep an eye on luggage, above a certain size or weight it is stowed in a separate place during a flight, bus or train journey, but even in the hotel it is often left unattended.
