Deductible:
No deductible for all insured events with the exception of illnesses treated on an outpatient basis. In this case, the deductible amounts to 20% of the recoverable damage, but at least EUR 25.00 per insured person.
Closing date:
The insurance must be taken out together with the booking, but no later than 30 days before the start of the trip. If there are less than 30 days between the booking and the start of the journey, the travel insurance must be taken out at the latest on the 3rd working day after the booking.
Duration of insurance:
The insurance cover of the hotel cancellation insurance begins with the conclusion of the contract. It ends when the insured means of transport or object (e.g. hotel) booked (in the hotel arrangement) is entered or when the insured event occurs.
