Important information on the notification of a claim

- What has happened?
- Who has been harmed?
- Where is the person affected?
- Who is the contact person?
- How can you be reached?
- What is the insurance number?

Please remain calm, especially in such a difficult situation, if something has happened to you or your fellow travellers on holiday. If you have been the victim of a criminal act (theft, burglary and robbery, as well as accidents), please notify the local police immediately, who will provide you with police confirmation of the insured event. In the case of property damage, the certificate must include a list of all missing or defective items.

Important - Please note

In the coming days, collect all receipts from:

- Doctor/Hospital treatment
- Hotels
- Train or airlines

Please make sure that medical bills list the name of the person being treated, diagnosis, dates of treatment, and individual medical services.

All receipts and invoices incurred as a result of the emergency can be uploaded as evidence in the online form in various formats (pdf, jpg, png).

Please keep the original documents until the claims settlement has been completed so that you can submit them in original form if required.
