Benefits:

• Reimbursement of cancellation costs if you are unable to travel.
• Reimbursement of additional costs if you arrive late (up to a maximum of the cancellation costs).

► Conditions of insurance

Among other things, unexpected serious illness, death, serious accidental injury, pregnancy (including complications), vaccination intolerance and significant damage to property (from € 2,500) are covered. Termination for operational reasons, unexpected court summons or missing a means of transportation are also covered.

The insurance reimburses the contractually owed cancellation costs including agency fees. In the event of partial cancellations, pro rata room costs will be reimbursed, as well as additional outward travel costs in the event of delayed departure and rebooking costs (up to € 30 even without an insured reason).

The premium is based on the total price of your hotel package, i.e. including booked additional services such as meals, wellness, green fees or sports courses. Events such as weddings, anniversaries, seminars or conferences are not included.
