  • What is the insurance number?

Please remain calm, especially in such a difficult situation, if something has happened to you or your fellow travelers during your vacation. If you have been the victim of a criminal act (theft, burglary, robbery or accidents), please inform the local police immediately, who will confirm the insured event with the police. In the case of material damage, the certificate must include a list of all missing or damaged items.
