The study on perceived security conducted by ServiceValue and DEUTSCHLAND TEST is based on the ratings of more than 103,000 private customers for 735 providers in 48 B2C sectors and more than 22,000 business customers for 273 providers in 19 B2B sectors. FOCUS-MONEY magazine, in collaboration with the consulting and analysis institute ServiceValue, conducted an extensive study on the topic of digital services. The aim of the study was to determine customer satisfaction with the digital offerings of their providers. This includes all functions and online services such as customer portals, online applications, online damage reports, digital document management, online calculators, and the like.
